Walesonline:Electronic Cigarettes-Another inaccurate press release

The Uk press still seem eager to write inaccurate information on the Electronic Cigarette industry. The article referred to here states that

"Tests have found that, in extreme examples, some refills contain 10% nicotine. Under the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) regulations, at that level they should be labelled “highly toxic”

In fact at this level the cartridges or fluids reffered to would fall under the poisons act, the CHIP guidelines become irrelevant as in essence it would be impossible to sell or in fact safe to sell.

At 10% the fluid would be 100mg:)
